The Stratford Library and South End Community Center Black History Month Celebration is scheduled for this Saturday, February 9th at 11 am in the library Lovell Room.
IMPORTANT NOTE***Please check library website or your local news for weather closings or delays. If the library is delayed or closed due to weather the Black History Month Celebration will be held on Saturday, March 2nd at 11 am.
